How to update account information

Some account information can be updated directly in the Ualett app, while other changes require help from Ualett Customer Support.

What You Can Update in the App

You can update the following information on your own:

  • Change your password
  • Add an additional phone number

These options are available directly in the app settings.

What Requires Contacting Customer Support

For all other account information updates, you'll need to contact Ualett Customer Support. This includes changes to:

  • Personal details not available in the app
  • Linked bank account information
  • Any other profile updates not listed above

Contacting support helps ensure your information is updated securely and accurately.

Important Note on Document Quality

Ensure all documents are photographed clearly, in a well-lit area, with all four corners visible. Blurry or cropped images may delay your verification process.
