How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password, you can reset it from the login screen.

To reset your password:

1. Open the Ualett app
2. On the login screen, tap "Forgot your password?"
3. Enter the email address associated with your Ualett account
4. Check your inbox for an email from Ualett
5. Tap the reset link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password

Because this is not a loan, remittances adjust based on your income activity.

You can always track your remaining balance and remittance activity directly in the app.
