Ualett verifies your identity directly in the app using a secure verification process.
To verify your identity:
- Open the Ualett app and sign in
- Follow the on-screen prompts to start identity verification
- Upload a photo of your government-issued ID
- Take a selfie when prompted to confirm your identity
Make sure that:
- Your ID is valid and not expired
- Photos are clear and well-lit
- All information on the ID is visible
Once submitted, verification is usually processed quickly. You’ll see a confirmation in the app once it’s complete.
If verification fails, the app will guide you on what to fix and how to try again.
