Why isn’t my bank supported?

If your bank isn’t supported, it usually means it can’t connect securely through the bank-linking service used by Ualett.

This can happen if:

  • The bank doesn’t allow third-party connections
  • The bank is a small or local institution
  • The account is prepaid or restricted

If your bank isn’t supported, you can try linking a different checking account from another bank that you use.

Ualett is always working to expand bank support, so availability may change over time.
