- You will not be able to proceed with that cash advance request.
- The previously available amount may no longer appear in the app.
Why did my available amount disappear?
In many cases, if you no longer see an available amount, it is because your cash advances have been deactivated.
Being deactivated means the amount that was previously available has expired. This can happen for security reasons after a certain period of inactivity.
How to reactivate your available amount
- Open the app and look for the option to reactivate your available amount.
- Submit the reactivation request directly in the app.
- Your account will go through a new evaluation process to determine eligibility.
During this review, we assess whether you qualify for the same amount you previously had available or a different amount.
