Why haven’t I received my cash advance?

 

If you haven’t received your cash advance, it’s usually due to bank processing times or account details that need to be checked.

Before contacting support, confirm the following in the Ualett app:

  • The cash advance shows as approved
  • Your linked bank account information is correct
  • At least 1 – 2 business days have passed since approval

Keep in mind that weekends and bank holidays can delay deposits.

If more than two business days have passed and your advance still hasn’t arrived, contact support through the app so the team can review your account and assist you.
