A reactivation request is how you ask Ualett to review and reinstate a cash advance offer that expired before you accepted it.
If a cash advance is approved but not requested within the required time (usually 72 hours), the offer will automatically expire. When this happens, the advance amount may no longer appear in the app.
To request reactivation:
- Tap “Apply now” on the app home screen banner
- Wait for approval
- In some cases, reactivation will be automatic
- In other cases, the request will be sent for manual review, which may take a couple of minutes
Reactivation is not guaranteed. Each request is reviewed to ensure eligibility at the time of the request.
