How do I update or unlink my bank account?

At this time, bank accounts cannot be updated directly in the Ualett app.

To unlink your current bank account and connect a new one, you’ll need to contact Ualett Customer Support so the team can assist you.

Once support helps unlink your current bank account, you’ll be guided through the steps to connect a new one securely.

Updating your bank account ensures future cash advances are deposited correctly, and remittances continue without interruption.
