If you plan to send a direct deposit, please follow these steps carefully:
- Let our team know before making the transfer. This allows us to prepare your account and avoid duplicate remittance attempts.
- Send the remittance directly to our Bank of America account using the provided banking details.
- After completing the transfer:
- Take a clear photo or screenshot of the deposit receipt.
- Email it to support@ualett.com and let us know you sent it
This step is required so we can:
- Locate your remittance.
- Apply it correctly to your balance.
- Stop any scheduled automatic remittance withdrawal if applicable.
If we are not notified and do not receive proof of the deposit, the system may still attempt to process the scheduled remittance from your linked bank account.
Once received and applied:
- Your balance will be updated in the app.
- You can review the transaction in your remittance schedule.
