You can redeem your GigPoints directly through the Ualett app.
When you redeem GigPoints:
- Redeemed points are automatically applied to your next remittance or can be used for gift cards
- You can redeem up to 100 points per remittance (equal to $10) or 50 points (equal to $5)
- No manual action is needed once points are redeemed
To redeem GigPoints:
- Open the Ualett app
- Go to the Rewards or GigPoints section
- Choose the option to redeem your available points
Please note that newly earned GigPoints may take up to 5 days to become eligible for redemption. If your points don’t appear right away, check back after this processing period.
You can always view your available and pending GigPoints in the app.
