How can I recover a deleted account?

In some cases, a deleted Ualett account may be recoverable.

Account recovery depends on:

• How long ago the account was closed
• The account’s status at the time of closure

If you are still within the 14-day window from when you deleted your account, you can try to recover it by following these steps:

1. Open the Ualett app
2. Tap Sign In
3. Enter your account credentials (email and password)
4. Tap Log In
5. When prompted, select Agree and Recover Profile
6. Once the account is recovered, tap Log In again to access your account

If more than 14 days have passed, the account may no longer be eligible for recovery.
