In some cases, a deleted Ualett account may be recoverable.
Account recovery depends on:
- How long ago the account was closed
- The account’s status at the time of closure
If you are still within the 14-day window from when you deleted your account, you can try to recover it by following these steps:
- Open the Ualett app
- Tap Sign In
- Enter your account credentials (email and password)
- Tap Log In
- When prompted, select Agree and Recover Profile
- Once the account is recovered, tap Log In again to access your account
If more than 14 days have passed, the account may no longer be eligible for recovery.
