If you no longer wish to use Ualett, you can request account closure.
Before closing your account:
- Make sure all remittances are completed
- Review any remaining balances
Steps to Delete a Ualett Profile
- Tap “Settings” in the app menu
- Select “Edit profile”
- Tap “Delete profile”
- Tap “Confirm” when prompted
- Select a reason for deleting the profile from the list
- Tap “Delete” to complete the process
